This ornament holds the McComb crest over a tartan background inside a polished silver-finish frame, a small keepsake built for the Christmas tree.
McComb means "son of Thom," a short form of Thomas, and the name is linked with Clan MacThomas of the central Highlands — an old Gaelic patronymic still carried today.
